ADD, ADHD and Executive Functioning Tip…Contacting an Old Friend

With summer coming to a screeching halt, I think this would be a wonderful time to reach out and connect with an old friend. It doesn’t take much, but show someone you haven’t connected with in a long time that you care. This will mean a lot to that person, and we should all try to brighten someone’s day.

I do understand that this isn’t as easy as one would think. Us folks with ADHD aren’t always good with initiating conversations and/or following-through, but this will take you outside of your comfort zone. Things like this are helpful in improving our abilities.

My advice to everyone is to pick up the phone and call an old friend. It may be worth the time and effort.
